Bubbling and vortex combination vegetable washing line
It is suitable for large-scale continuous cleaning of vegetables (such as cabbage, potatoes, etc.), and uses a unique mixing process of bubbling + vortex mode to effectively clean different ingredients. In the first stage, the initial washing is carried out by means of spraying and lower bubbling, and the bubbling unit has the function of removing impurities, the floating objects are discharged with the water flow, and the structure of the chain belt is more stable, and the water circulation is carried out by the siphon principle to save water and chains. The conveying speed of the belt is adjustable, and the cleaning time can be controlled. In the second stage, the vortex type is used to clean the food without dead angle, and the effective cleaning stroke is long, so that the cleaning is more thorough and clean.
